Monika Stegman is an honours graduate of The Institute of Holistic Nutrition with 7 years experience as a practitioner and in the retail field. She is passionate about helping others make nutritional changes that will promote optimum health. Monika is an engaging presenter who loves to share knowledge. In her spare time, she enjoys tennis, aerobics, pilates, yoga, reading and hiking.

Monika supports our education division which includes our Equine, Human, Pet and Sports product lines.
