Chitosan

Chitosan, from Chitin, is a high density, natural polymer. It has the ability to absorb oil as much as ten to fifteen times its own weight. When taken with meals, it absorbs fat and prevents fat cells from being stored in the body.  Chitosan can be used most effectively with exercise for an effective, safe approach to weight control and to reduce absorption of dietary cholesterol.
