Suggested dosage for adults

Take 1-2 tablespoons per day or as directed by your health care practitioner. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening. Can be used on an ongoing basis by individuals with specific liver conditions. For individuals in good health it is a good idea to do a liver cleanse twice a year (Spring and Fall)
