I hurt my lower back gardening (I know, who doesn't?) and the lady at the health food store suggested this product. I don't have a lot of faith in herbal analgesics but it wasn't crippling pain so I decided to try it. Imagine my surprise when I noticed my pain had subsided quite a bit the next day. It was gone within 3 days and often it will take me a week or more to recover from back pain. A couple weeks later I fell in the shower and got a nasty bruise and pain on my thigh. It seemed to clear the pain and the bruise a lot faster then I thought it would! Next time I hurt myself I'll try this AntiflamX again and see what happens.
