Deborah Coleman manages the entire Province of Quebec sales territory, and is responsible for sales management, product education and training, and management of several Education Consultants. She is a results oriented business professional with more than 20 years of vendor sales and sales management experience in retail trades. A bilingual communicator (English & French) with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, Deborah earned her D.E.C. Business Administration designation focusing on Personnel Management. She has been very successful at increasing Omega Alpha's retail presence in Quebec through leadership and strategic planning, and by use of her expert relationship building skills.

Deborah joined our team in June 2007 and brings her valuable past experience working for top industry leaders (Schwarzkopf, Calvin Klein and Coty Prestige) in the Cosmetics/ Health & Beauty Care industries to Omega Alpha.
